Mock Interim & Legal was created in 2002 by Marcel Mock as an independent consultant and advisor in the field of interim and legal services and advice. Marcel Mock has worked successively as an international business lawyer with an Anglo-Saxon law firm (Clifford Chance) and thereafter served for over 15 years both in and outside The Netherlands in several larger multinational enterperises (Royal Nedlloyd, Fokker, Wolters Kluwer, Allseas). Marcel possesses extensive experience concerning structuring, negotiations and project management of international commercial contracts and transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, financing, leasing and restructuring, outsourcing, arbitration, etc. He is also specialist in the field of corporate governance and works on audits and compliancy matters.
Also in the Far East Marcel obtained extensive experience working on projects in several industries, in particular in China and India. Mock Interim & Legal will be glad to support your business interests in the Far East as advisor, negotiator and project manager. Our starting-point is helping you avoid problems caused by cultural obstacles which might otherwise curtail attractive opportunities. At its home turf in The Netherlands Mock Interim & Legal actively represents the business interests of international parties as advisor, negotiator and project manager, also in cases where The Netherlands is a gateway to Europe.
Marcel Mock is an extraordinary member of The Netherlands Association of Company Lawyers (NGB), special legal advisor and member of The Netherlands-India Chamber of Commerce & Trade (NICCT), advisor to Netherlands India Foundation for Innovation (NIFI), member of Vereeniging Handelsrecht and member of Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club (KIGC).
Marcel was a member of committees of a.o. Amsterdam Exchanges (AEX), Sociaal Economische Raad (SER) and has served numerous times as a board member of clerical and welfare organisations.
